NSW Skilled Nomination — Subclass 190 and 491

Before you start
- A submitted SkillSelect EOI showing NSW (or 'Any State or Territory') and the relevant visa subclass(es).
- A nominated occupation within an ANZSCO unit group on the NSW Skills List (190) or NSW Regional Skills List (491).
- A positive skills assessment from the relevant assessing body for your nominated occupation, valid (non-expired) at the time of nomination application.
- Valid English test results at Competent English or above (IELTS 6 / equivalent).
- For 491 Pathway 1: at least 6 months of qualifying skilled employment with a regional NSW employer at TSMIT/CSIT salary.
- For 491 Pathway 3: a completed bachelor's, master's, or PhD from an institution in a designated regional area of NSW.
