Australian Points Test Explained
The General Skilled Migration (GSM) points test is used to rank candidates for the subclass 189, 190, and 491 skilled visas. You need a minimum of 65 points to be eligible.

Maximum 30 points for applicants aged 25–32. Points decrease for older applicants: 25 points for 18–24 and 33–39, 15 points for 40–44, and 0 points for 45–49. Applicants aged 45+ are generally ineligible.
